G-LYNX returns to The Helicopter Museum

The world record breaking G-LYNX has returned to The Helicopter Museum having been away from the museum for nearly 4 years whilst undergoing restoration by apprentices at AgustaWestland.

G-LYNX now sits proudly alongside XX910 and ZE477, both of which returned this week from RNAS Yeovilton where they have undergone restoration by the Lynx Ops Support Team.

Yeovilton Air Day 2011 - Lynx Anniversary

Some images from Saturday's Air Day where we had three of our Lynx aircraft on display...including G-LYNX which is due for redelivery to the museum this week.

ZE477 has also been in Hangar 6 over the last couple of weeks being tidied up.

And ...XX910 is finished! Here she is proudly displayed on Saturday.

Lynx line-up for Yeovilton

A sneak peek at the Lynx line up for this weekend's Air Day at Yeovilton. Our XX910 didn't make the photo as it wasn't quite ready in time, but I've since seen the finished product, a photo anyway, and can't wait to see it in the flesh on Saturday!!
