Last minute preparations are underway today to ready ourselves for the 'Stars of Time' event running tomorrow from 10am - 5:30pm.

Change of opening hours...

This week marks the start of 7 day opening at the museum as the Summer holiday period begins, all we need now is some sun!

After the excitement of our Lynx aircraft returning to the museum last week, this morning we have taken delivery of some new display cabinets which will finally replace those we lost due to water damage last Winter. The next task will be to fill them with the models that have been in storage since the incident.

Aside from that, we are busy preparing for our flying visitors due this weekend for a mini-Helidays celebration, an event which will be followed by the 'Stars of Time' sci-fi extravaganza the following weekend.

THE 6TH DOCTOR , COLIN BAKER HAS CONFIRMED HIS ATTENDANCE AT THE STARS OF TIME EVENT ON THE 31ST JULY.

Sunday 31st July will see a movie themed event being held at the museum, involving helicopter flights, visiting aircraft including James Bond's Little Nellie, visiting exhibitions and some celebrity guests. Tickets are now available from the museum shop.
