Thursday saw The Museum's newly renovated Palousrte engine
returned to the Fairey Ultra-Light team. The engine will be re mounted on the aircraft as part
of the restoration project taking place in our Duke of Edinburgh hangar. The
engine arrived in a much better state than when it was originally transported
to the Rolls Royce Heritage Trust, who kindly agreed last year to renovate the dilapidated
engine.
Many thanks to the Rolls Royce team for all their hard work,
all at the museum greatly appreciate it.
